If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so within 24 hours of your appointment time by calling 540-929-0300 option #1. It is our companies policy to follow a safety first policy in respect to weather events. IF THERE IS A WEATHER EVENT, YOU MAY RESCHEDULE AS NEEDED. There are NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
